Booking conditions Antokolskio Apartment Vilnius

Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions that apply between Antokolskio Apartment Vilnius and you (the guest) for the booking of your accommodation in Vilnius for the purposes of short-term holiday or executive rental accommodation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: We rent the apartment on a short-term basis and all prices shown are in Euros, VAT included. All reservations are made via the website and apartment availability is updated daily. Antokolskio Apartment Vilnius has exclusivity with the apartment. No other agency has rights to this property. Each quotation includes electricity, water, heating, bed linen and towels. For a stay longer then 1 day standard cleaning is included in the price. The apartment will be clean and tidy when you arrive. If you leave the apartment as clean as you find it, no additional cleaning fee will be charged. If additional cleaning is necessary, we will deduct a cleaning fee from your security deposit.

RESERVATIONS: All bookings are subject to availability at the time the written booking. No booking can be regarded as firm until confirmation is received.

PAYMENT: Payment must be in cash, upon arrival. If you would like to pay by debit card, this payment has to be arranged in advance. Please contact the apartment before your arrival. 

ALTER YOUR BOOKING: If you wish to alter your booking we will do our best to help. An administration fee can be charged for each alteration made.

CANCELLATION: If a booking or part thereof is cancelled we must receive written confirmation of the cancellation signed (wherever possible) by the person on the Booking Form. Cancellation charges are:
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 3 nights (if applicable) are charged.
In case of a no-show the total price of the reservation is charged

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of € 100 or Lt 350 is required. This deposit is against possible damages or losses caused to the Property. It is payable to our staff on arrival, and only cash is accepted. Antokolskio Apartment Vilnius will provide the keys to the apartment only on receipt of the security deposit. The security deposit is charged on arrival and is fully refunded after your stay, unless there are outstanding charges in the case of damage or loss to the property during your stay or other fees and services that must be added after your departure. Additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit and the difference refunded to you. In all cases, the client accepts without reservation that the charges for damage / disaster / loss / unadvised delay in arrival / cleaning fees are directly deducted from the deposit given at the arrival according to our staff’s report after departure of the client.
